Another "opposite" I thought of while reading this is that we get to see House's NDE in Three Stories, but we don't in 97 Seconds. I think this is meaningful because we know that House solidly feels that the Three Stories NDE is a creation of his dying brain, while we don't know what he feels/thinks about whatever he did or didn't experience in 97 Seconds. We only have his reaction afterwards, and the fact that he seems to find the testimony of the clinic patient at least credible enough to drive his curious personality to extremes.
