You summed up perfectly how I felt about this episode (except I didn't feel bad for Ballard; I just find him too creepy to feel sorry for him. I felt sorry for Millie/November though.)

I think it's Fox's fault if the ratings for Dollhouse are low – they put it in a crappy time slot. They should schedule at a time when people are home (Monday - Thursday). If they cancel Dollhouse, I will be so pissed.
