I seriously have no idea where to begin. I'm already pretty incoherent after a new Dollhouse episode, but TWO? I think I'm in a coma. So good.

Summer Glau was great, but that should go without saving. Bennett was such a freakin' weirdo, I loved it! And her and Topher's geek love (and subsequent betrayal) ftw. I know she shows up again, so we should be getting the details of what went down between her and Caroline. I'm assuming it happened in the two years while Caroline was on the run from Rossum. (Bennett/Caroline were totally boning, or Bennett was in love with her, Y/Y? I'm not trying to ship it, just some of the dialog didn't come off as just a "friends" thing.)

Also should go without saying, Topher!Victor was BRILLIANT. As if he didn't explode my brain enough when he was Dominic. But once again he had the character down exactly as the other actor played him--while in the same scene with him! And at the end when Topher was wiping Victor...holy crap, that was creepy.

Adelle was a BAMF, as usual. The scene with Ray Wise's character when she's talking about a compromise, I went WTF for a minute, because I couldn't buy Adelle negotiating by means of sex...and what she did wound up being super AWESOME.

Madeline...poor Madeline. D: I guess we're finding out what happened to her: "Remember what happened to November." "Which one?"

Of course, I'm really excited about Echo and Paul being on the loose. I did not see that coming at all. And I was all "yay" when Echo admitted she's afraid of Caroline coming back. So much great angst and drama to be found there. EDIT: Reading the Whedonesque discussion post, I like the speculation that Caroline is being set up as a...not-so-good person. Wouldn't that be fucked?

~SPECULATION~

From reading all the info I could find on upcoming episodes and Joss's comment about this really being the end (no shopping to other networks, ftl =/), I have the sneaking suspicion we're going to be catching up with the early events in Epitaph One before the series is over. I mean...

- Saunders ran off. If she comes back without scars...why hello there, Epitaph One. (Although, wasn't it Boyd who had left and come back in that ep? I should probably rewatch it.)

- "We're no longer above the law--we're writing it." It's starting here with Perrin...

- Paul and Echo on the loose => Paul and Caroline working together. Also have the suspicion Echo will go bye-bye soon.

- Safe Haven thanks to Alpha. Next ep it looks like he's...helping? (Hard to tell, he's pretty batshit insane.)

- Topher progressively perfecting the remote wipe technology; now it can be targeted.

This show's going out with a bang and I can't wait to see it.
