Been watching Nurse Jackie from day one, and mentally shipped Jackie and Eleanor, 'cause I have a tendency to ship friends.

But this season? On a whole new level...

"I'm not really interested in a long, drawn-out...anything, except to say I am executive of my mother's estate, and as such, it would mean the world if I could...set up a college fund for the girls."


"I am not responsible for that."
"I know."

Eleanor is high as a kite and for the umpteenth time insists she be the girls' godmother (even though they apparently have one already). She's going to be part of Jackie's family, damnit!


"I talked to Kevin about your idea, the gift for the girls, and...it just makes him uncomfortable."
"You know what would make him really uncomfortable? A daughter who's a lap dancer! Take the money."

"Lunch. Now."
Jackie took one look at Eleanor and knew she had sex, lol.

"I don't judge if you don't judge."

"You are many things, Jacks, but useless is not one of them."

"Percocet?"
"Yes, please."


"You and Sarah Khouri? Really? Wow, you don't do anything half-assed, do you?"


"This is Jackie?"
"You told her about me?"
"What else would I talk about?"


Eleanor is suddenly touchy-feely, and Jackie looks vaguely awkward the entire lunch...


Just this moment alone would have made me ship it, if I hadn't been already.

"Is everything okay with you guys?"
"Not really. And not now."
"Okay."

"For whatever it's worth, it's possible to love more than one person at a time. I love Kevin, I love Eddie."
"I'd rather be dead than be Kevin or Eddie."
And yet Eleanor not only helped Jackie cover up her affair with Eddie--and continues to do so--she often seemed downright amused by it!

"Don't get me wrong, I like Sarah, but I'm glad she's gone. What can I say? I like being your girl."
Jackie pretty much admits she was jealous. And then Eleanor slowly forms a faint smile. Aww.
