Yeah, I think that's apparent in "House vs God." House tells Wilson he can (hint: should!) stay, and asks him if he's going to move back in (hint: invitation!), but Wilson doesn't seem to get the hints, or doesn't want to.

This chapter and the next one wound up making some really creepy, unintentional implications about House's view of their relationship.
