...A major point, I believe: House knew Wilson had a reason to hide his love interest, and NEVER ONCE suggested that Wilson was dating a man, which I believe is the most go-to House MD joke. I was surprised. If this joke did happen though, Wilson would have to deny they ghey.... but since they didn't go there, I think its even more evidence that the writers are taking the HouseWilson relationship in a "We will neither confirm nor deny.... *winkwink*" direction. (:
