Yeah, that was a bit interesting. If I hadn't been spoiled, I would have spent the episode thinking Wilson was dating a man.

I think its even more evidence that the writers are taking the HouseWilson relationship in a "We will neither confirm nor deny.... *winkwink*" direction.
They are supreme experts at ambiguity. I can't wait to see how they pull off the next episode.
