I'm convinced that Wilson doesn't hate House; even if that first look was a reproachful one (what I'm not sure about, it could just as easily mean angst or sorrow), after House opened his eyes there was definitely nothing to see but terrible grief. And I had the impression that he wanted to express how sorry he is that he made House risk his life in vain.
