“wide stance” was the only bit of the episode that made me smile, and it was like taking a breath before diving down in deep, cold waters again.

Also, I loved that House looked Wilson in the eye a lot of times this episode. He usually sneaks glances when Wilson doesn’t look (he did it this time too, but he also looked at him in earnest).
And the tears on House's face... *tears up again*
