I love your review. Just excellent. As for spoilers/specs - I think the 10 episode arc is House/Wilson based on the very, very early spoilers. I think 13's disease and sexuality is supposed to parallel House's discovery about he handles his disability and how he does or does not confront the complex feelings he has for Wilson. Again I am going back to an earlier spoiler where DS said he wanted to explore House's comment to Wilson "you're sleeping with me".
