“Is it because you’re a closet case?”

House looked down; no lightning-speed comeback.

“We’re not g—er, together.”

House gave Wilson a look, then said to Kalvin, “He is so self-loathing.”


“How long have you been together?”

Damn, even the waitress had to ask.

“Ten years now.”

House gave Wilson a look and raised his glass. “Mazel tov.”
