Seriously Gay
- "I'll check the bedroom!" *House goes into bedroom, lies on bed* "Hey, Wilson, there's an interesting mole on the wall..." DUDE.
- WILSON THOUGHT IT WAS A DATE. AGAIN. I've officially lost track of how many times Wilson has tried to go on a date with House since S3.

Funny Ha Ha
- Wilson watches telenovelas. Okay, TPTB intentionally found the gayest thing they could for him to watch. Seriously. There's no other explanation.

Little Things
- Wilson lies about where the guitar is, serving no purpose except 1) to piss off House and 2) to get House to bend over, giving Wilson an excellent view of his ass.

Odd!
- The nurse napping in the patient's bed SO wants to do Wilson. He had a total "come-hither" smile.

WIN
- Cameron is gone!
- Foreman is gone!
- The janitor. 'Nuff said.
- House pointedly mentioned anti-depressants while talking to Wilson. Yay.
- disheveled!Wilson
- goofy!Wilson ("Ever tighten a guitar string very, very slowly...it almost sounds like a scream. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.")

- Wilson PWNING House. (House never found out where the guitar was!)

- The medical mystery was actually awesome.

- Um...nothing! OMG THIS EPISODE WAS PERFECTION.

Okay, maybe I'm obsessing, but Doris Egan is probably the best writer on House. She knows how to poke the characters - make them uncomfortable, make the audience uncomfortable, and, of course, she writes great House and Wilson scenes.

( So I shall analyze the awesome that was tonight's episode. )
